Check in times

Guests may check in after 5.00pm  and before 10.00pm.  Arrangements can be made if you would like to check in earlier. We ask guests to kindly vacate their rooms by 10.30am the following morning.

How to make a reservation

Please email / telephone with your request.

We will require a 50% deposit cheque payment to confirm your booking.

Please note our reservation conditions  are as follows:-

Less than 3 days notice of cancellation/curtailment – full price charged

Less than 7 days notice of cancellation/curtailment – 50% price charged

These charges may be reduced if the room(s) can be relet.

Minimum cancellation fee £10.00/room/day

If, under exceptional circumstances, we are obliged to cancel the reservation, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Payment

We accept payment by English Cheque, supported by a bank card, Cash in either Sterling or Euros.
